PUBLIC NOTICE
Potential Quorum of the Gloucester County School Board
Gloucester County Public Schools hereby provides notice that three (3) or more members of the Gloucester County School Board may be in attendance at the New Teachers Breakfast on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. The event will be held at Gloucester High School, 6680 Short Lane, Gloucester, Virginia.
The purpose of the event is to welcome Gloucester County Public Schools' new teachers for the 2026–2027 school year.
Although a quorum of the School Board may be present, no official School Board business will be discussed, no public business will be transacted, and no action will be taken by the Gloucester County School Board. The gathering is solely for ceremonial and welcoming purposes.
This notice is provided in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Virginia Code § 2.2-3700 et seq.
