I hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you of an incident regarding community safety that occurred this morning.
At approximately 9:30 am, the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office responded to a law enforcement matter around the Stagecoach Area of Rt. 17. As a precautionary measure, both Page Middle School and Gloucester High School entered a secure mode, securing the outside perimeters.
We understand that such situations can be concerning, but please rest assured that the safety and well-being of our students and staff are our top priorities. The Gloucester Sheriff's Office quickly responded, and by approximately 9:35 am, both schools resumed normal operations.
