📢 Important Update for Tomorrow (Thursday, Sept 24)! 📢
Due to the upcoming weather, students will be learning virtually from home tomorrow at their own pace. There won't be any required live classes to log into!
Here is everything you need to know to help your child navigate the day:
📚 Learning Activities (Choice Boards): Our instructional team has put together Reading and Math choice boards for each grade level.
You can find them attached to this post or on the Petsworth webpage.
Need a paper copy? You can pick one up at the school tomorrow between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Don't have a printer? No problem! Your child can write down their completed activities and show their work on a plain sheet of paper.
💻 Teacher Support & Office Hours: While there are no mandatory live sessions, teachers will host office hours on Google Meet if your child needs extra help. Keep an eye out for an email from your child's teacher with their specific office hour times and link. Attendance is completely optional!
📝 Turning in Work & Flexibility:
Assignments will be turned in when students return to school.
We know weather can bring power or internet outages—students will not be penalized if utility issues prevent them from finishing their work.
Kids will have three full school days after we return to turn in their assignments without any penalty.
